Heritage Inn is one of the most popular hotels in Gulbarga
and the locals will confirm the same.
Located next to the Gulbarga fort, the location is not bang
in the center of town, but easily accessible.
The hotel is basic in nature and they have a restaurant and
bar inside, breakfast is included as part of your stay. Unfortunately I had to
leave early and didn’t get to sample the food.
There is no lift to get to the rooms. The room itself is
decent enough, they have a basic TV and an air conditioner. Beds are not very
comfortable as the spring mattress being used is of slightly inferior quality.
The room is not very large and same is the case with the bathroom.
The plus point being the rooms are neat and clean and
bathrooms are well maintained. The decore is very simple, nothing to write
about.
Service is good, staff will do their bit to make sure you
have a pleasant stay within the limitation offered by the property.
Value for money is justifiable at about 1500 per night.
Considering the limited options in Gulbarga and the value
for money factor I can say this was not bad at all.
